Frequently Asked Questions
Are all bookings completed online or do you accept walk-ins?
We accept bookings online, over the phone, and in person. To ensure availability we recommend booking online in advance or calling ahead, however walk-ins are welcome.
Can I bring my own golf clubs?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage it! However, dirty clubs can transfer dirt and debris to the balls, which then create spots on the screen. Please help us keep our screens clean by ensuring your clubs are clean. If you bring your own clubs, we will gladly clean them for you upon arrival.
What if I don’t have clubs? Can I rent them?
Yes, we offer rental clubs in both Left and Right handed sets for Men, Women, and Kids. Just select the type of clubs you need as an add-on when making your online booking and pay when you arrive. Clubs are $5 per set.
Can I use my own golf balls?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow patrons to use their own golf balls. Golf balls that are used, damaged, or dirty will leave spots on the simulator screens. We understand that using a particular brand of golf balls is important to some golfers, which is why we offer a choice of the top brands in the industry.
Can I use my own golf tees?
No. We provide plastic tall and short tees. Wood tees are not permitted as broken wood tees can splinter and damage the screen.
Can I wear my golf shoes?
Only golf shoes without spikes are allowed. Golf cleats (soft or hard) are not allowed. Spikes of any kind will damage the turf flooring in the simulator bays.
Do you sell food?
We offer a variety of prepackaged snack foods for sale, but do not serve any freshly prepared foods. We allow patrons to bring their own food into the facility. We also have a variety of menus from local restaurants that will deliver if you wish to order in. You are welcome to eat and drink in the bays while you play, or at tables in our lounge area.
Do you sell beverages?
We offer a variety of beverages for sale. We have water, soft drinks, sports drinks, bottle/can beer, rotating selection of draft beer, and wine. We do NOT permit patrons to bring their own beverages into the facility.
How long does a round (18 holes) of virtual golf take?
It will depend on your rate of play and number of players, but you can expect it will take ~1-1.5 hours for a twosome and ~2.5-3 hours for a foursome. If you plan to play a full 18 holes on one of our world-renowned virtual courses, we recommend booking a minimum of 2 hours.
Can I rent multiple bays for a large group event or party?
Yes. With enough advanced notice, we can arrange for you to rent any combination of our bays (Golf Suites and Practice Bays) all together at the same time. You can even rent out the entire facility (which includes all bays, putting green, and TV lounge area) for large private events. Please call us or submit an event inquiry form to coordinate and book special events.
Do you have anything non-golfers would enjoy?
Yes. Golfer or not, we offer games that people of all ages and skill levels can enjoy. Our Golf Suites have a variety of fun, Topgolf-style golf target games.
